Steps To Accreditation
Assessment
Submit your application, schedule an initial site visit, and pay a $150* deposit.
Licensing
Upon a successful assessment, sign a Trademark Licensing Agreement and pay a $250* fee.
Welcome
Receive a ‘New PCA Centre Pack’ including free signage for your centre.
Celebration
Your centre will be added to our public database, celebrated on social media, and promoted through local marketing efforts.
Requirements for Assessment
Ensure current liability and workers’ compensation insurance, coaching qualifications, Working with Children Check, and First Aid certification.

Once accredited, your Centre will be featured on our website’s accredited centre finder.
What are the Membership Costs?
Annual fees, due January 1st, total $400* ($150* for site assessment and $250* for licensing).

Yes, you can purchase manuals, certificates, and awards at affordable prices to incorporate into your pricing structure.
Do Accredited Riding Centres Compete with PCA Clubs?
By expanding access to Pony Club, both clubs and Accredited Centres may experience increased membership growth. They might consider establishing a ‘buddy’ pathway system, facilitating transitions for graduates of accredited centres to join their local pony club upon acquiring their own horse.
