Pony Club Integrity Framework

Strengthening integrity and welfare in Pony Club®.

Our Comprehensive Integrity Framework

Pony Club Australia® has established a comprehensive Pony Club Integrity Framework to enhance the National Integrity Framework.

Our policies provide clear guidelines for maintaining integrity and welfare across all activities and operations.

Integrity and Conduct Policies

Our Code of Conduct clarifies the expected standards of behaviour for all participants in Pony Club®, offering clear guidelines for addressing any breaches of conduct.

This policy manages disputes arising from breaches of conduct not covered by the National Integrity Framework or identified by Sports Integrity Australia as better addressed under non-NIF policies.

Outlining procedures for resolving disputes, this policy can be adopted at all levels of Pony Club Australia®. It excludes personal grievances and conduct matters covered under the National Integrity Framework or other Pony Club policies®
Aligned with the National Integrity Framework, this policy provides a formal process for addressing interpersonal conflicts and disputes within Pony Club®, excluding breaches of Integrity Policies.

Our Whistleblower Policy ensures that unethical, unlawful, or undesirable conduct can be reported without fear of reprisal.

Welfare and Safety Policies

We prioritise the safety and well-being of every horse involved in Pony Club®, guiding all decisions to uphold horse welfare above all else. Read the policy.
Aligned with Pony Club® values of integrity and horse welfare, this policy strictly prohibits the use of medications that could impact the performance of horses. It includes guidelines on banned substances, procedures for obtaining approval to use essential medications, and outlines disciplinary measures for policy violations.
