In what order do horses move their feet in walk, trot, canter and gallop? Here’s a poster to help you learn.
Of course at the walk, if the horse chooses to step first with a right fore, then the numbers of the sequence are different. At the walk it would be RF, LH, LF, RH, instead of LF, RH, RF, LH, and the trot could be RF/LH then LF/RH instead of LF/RH then RF/LH.
